Very rude staff member, I struggled with the key to the door, first time he said he would help open it, when I asked later on in the evening as I was having trouble again, he asked me ""how many times do you want me to show you"" and was very rude and unfriendly, as a paying guest I expect him to show me as many times as it takes to open the door, he was chatting to the receptionist, so it was not as though he was very busy. 2012-09-30 - hotels.com
