We choose to have a more laid back and personal atmosphere and therefore we do not accept MULTIPLE group bookings of 6 people or more. For exceptions about age or groups, please e-mail us or contact us through facebook. ****IMPORTANT**** 24 hours open Check in: 12.00 afternoon Check out: 10.30 morning We understand that unforeseen events or circumstances may cause you to cancel or change your reservation. It is for this reason we advise all guests to get travel insurance. The hostel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. Cards will only be charged in case of No Show or cancellations after 72 hours before arrival date. Please note you will have to pay in cash upon arrival as we do not accept credit cards, ATM and banks are a short walk away. Please note that your full balance due is payable on arrival. Upon arrival you will be asked to pay the full amount for the whole duration of your stay. We do not accept MULTIPLE group bookings of 6 people or more. Bookings for more than 5 persons made under different names will be cancelled ! For exceptions you have to contact us before you make a booking. We have an age restriction, only 18 to 35 year old permitted. Please note that 5% tax needs to be paid on the top of the balance on arrival. Cancellation must occur by e-mail and 72 hours before the check-in date. In case of a No-show, your credit card will be charged. On arrival it is not possible to cancel your booking. In case of a booking for more than 1 person, you should be aware that booker is responsible for the total amount payable upon arrival. This means that in case one of your friends doesnt come along or doesnt arrive, you will have to pay the full amount for all days and loose the bed for the remaining day(s). The deposit is paid online to Hostelworld and the balance is paid on arrival. To avoid disappointments please read our terms and conditions! THERE IS A MINIMUM 2NIGHT STAY AT THE WEEKEND - FRI/SAT/SUN We are looking forward to welcome you in Amsterdam and in Hostel Cosmos Amsterdam!!! On the: 29th, 30th,31st DEC 2010 AND 1st and 2nd JAN 2010 THERE IS MINIMUM STAY OF 4 NIGHTS All CANCELLATIONS have to be notified to us by e-mail and 2 weeks (14 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE) after this period there is a 100% charge of the total cost. In case of no show, your credit card will be charged 100% of the total cost. Cancellation and changes during and after arrival date will be charged 100% We will need (pre) authorization of VISA or MASTERCARD for the total amount. Once you arrive you can pay in cash and we will not charge the card.
