Please note: At check-in, there will be a Eur 300 security deposit charge by credit card pre-authorization, which will be automatically cancelled after verifying the apartment's condition. Pick up keys process: Once you have made a reservation we will assign you a specific apartment and you will receive the address and specific location. However please note that upon arrival in Barcelona you must collect the keys from the apartment's office. Guests should proceed to the Barcelona Boutique Hotel, situated at Pau Claris street, 145, ent 1 to collect their keys, directions to their apartment and a map of Barcelona. The hotel is open 24 hours and is within walking distance from metro stop Passeig de Gracia and Diagonal. *** Cancelation policy: If cancelled between 2 and 14 days prior to arrival 1 night will be charged. If cancelled later or in the case of a no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
