For cancellations made more than seven days prior to arrival, there will be no charge except a small cancellation fee of £10.00 For cancellations made within seven days of arrival, we shall make an effort to re-let the accommodation. If we succeed in re-letting, there will be a cancellation fee of £40.00 which is your deposit. If we are unsuccessful in re-letting your accommodation, your liability in law is limited to 66% of the total cost of the proposed stay or the deposit whichever is the greater.
