Our in-house restaurant &quot,Carriages&quot, is well known for providing excellent food, and the recently refurbished lounge bar specialises in offering real ales, probably the best selection in town. Carriages Bar has been awarded &quot,City Pub of the Year&quot, on several occasions by CAMRA (Campaign for Real Ale). The atmosphere in both venues is relaxed, friendly and the welcome always sincere. In keeping with the present Scottish legislation, smoking is banned in the bar, restaurant, public areas and non smoking rooms. A designated undercover smoking area is situated in the car park and we have a few designated smoking bedrooms.
