We offer a lovely penthouse located in one of the most central areas of Barcelona, Sarria'St. Gervasi. Perfect for holiday but also business. Around the apartment, you can enjoy the city life of Barcelona, but also feel safe in this nice quarter of Barcelona. We offer a comfortable and sunny apartment with terrace, fully equipped with TV, air-conditioning, heating and washing machine. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and other smaller room with a single bed. In the kitchen, you will find everything to prepare a nice dinner: Fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. You will also find a hairdryer and an iron. Note: For check in, please come to the address mentioned in your booking when you arrive in Barcelona where we will give you the keys. The balance remaining has to be paid on arrival in cash or with credit card. Please remember that at arrival you have to give us in cash a deposit of 150 Euros that will be refunded upon departure and after checking the apartment. * Arrivals from 15.00-20.00 on.
