  • Hotel was lovely when we finally arrived only 2 issues were that TV didn't work on the first night but they fixed it the next day and our room service took longer than expected but they apologised and it was delicious so all OK. 2012-10-21 - hotels.com

  • While we appreciate it may well have been the only room available, and not much they could do about that ,they could have been a little more sympathetic and perhaps offered breakfast or even wine & chocs as a gesture of good will, instead because of the poor attitude they lost 2 nights accom & long term customers. 2012-08-23 - hotels.com
