no pillows when we arrived because pillow cases were in the wash at 4:30pm no towels and washcloths at 6:pm they were in the wash when maid service came through when I called to complain as we wanted to get ready to go out the front desk did bring them right up, but we shouldn't have to call for pillows and towels this was three different times. 2012-08-27 - hotels.com
