Towels seem to be an issue, and management should check to rooms more frequently for lights that don't work and damages that are glaring, such as lamps that are falling apart, badly stained carpets, showers that have walls which are crumbling, no soap dishes which causes soap to fall on the floor which is dangerous, and no grab bars or floor mats to prevent slipping. 2012-10-19 - hotels.com
