i brought my stuff in the room and the room smelled musty, he worked on the door for the next 30 mins and when he was finally done i went to take a shower, the exsaust fan in the bathroom didnt work and that is why i think the room smelled musty. 2012-11-06 - hotels.com

when i got to the desk it took several mins to get someone to come to the desk to help me, once he showed up he was polite and the check in went ok, upon getting to my room i found the keys would not open the door, so i went back to the desk and he told me the keys were fine it must be the door battery. 2012-11-06 - hotels.com
