15 minutes to find the place, poor signage on a mailbox -1St staff to check in looked like his shirt was taken out of the dirty clothes hamper, next staff said the hotel across the street was bringing over a remote control for me and she would bring it up to my room (mine was broke), you have to bring your dirty towels to front desk to get clean ones and the staff left my dirty towels on the desk for over an hour even though she was just doing personal leisure stuff on her personal laptop and I never did get the remote until I asked again the next day which then she had me follow her into the maintenance room and she got it herself so was the across the street hotel just a story? 2011-06-12 - travelb.priceline.com
