Nice room, but: outside hallway door had lock taken off so anyone could enter hotel any time from the parking lot; phone in room did not work; kitchen sink trap leaked onto the floor; inside room door handle was falling off; TV had no ppv access of any kind but made you think it did; internet connection extremely slow even though each room had its own wireless access point. 2012-10-16 - hotels.com
