The Santo Spirito district is characterized by craftsmen workshops; typical products shops; the everyday life of the local people; and by the picturesque town landscape still preserved here. The district is also famous for its restoration; painting; design; fashion and Italian language for foreigners. In the district you can find typical Florentine cuisine; bars; discos and clubs which make it one of the most interesting places in terms of Florence nightlife. Guests are requested to contact the hotel to specify arrival time as the reception is not open regular hours. According to the City Council resolution n. 230-33 from 1 July 11 the City of Florence will introduce a tourism tax applied to non-residents staying for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights of Euro2 per night per person.
