During our stay we found blood in the sink, on the sheets, and on a pillow, feces in the toilet, hair in the tub, dirt in the bed, there was no hot water, no phone, no top sheet on one of the beds, only two towels for a room that was booked for four, and no towels in another room. 2012-11-13 - hotels.com
