the location was brilliant since it was a business trip and all my appts were within walking distance hence why i booked the hotel however I really don't think it was a 4 star at all - the reception area and hallways were fine (exposed brickwork) so looked really good however was most let down by the room itself - I can understand the 4 star rating for the services provided and I think it's trying to be modern and trendy but just looked run down and cheap - I would definitely not stay there again or recommend it which is such a shame because the location was perfect 2010-06-11 - hotels.com
