The quality of service and the amenities were nothing to be desired.Couldn't get a late check out so we needed our bags checked, the counter person didn't even want to bother storing our bags, then when they did take them we were never given a claim slip as our bags were just thrown on top of someone elses bags. 2012-10-31 - hotels.com
