  • Quote: Took my family to the Alexandia Bay pirate's fesitival, stayed at this hotel which was within walking distance to the stores/resturants.2010-08-25 - igougo.com

  • We experienced 3 horrific, unprofessional staff before even getting into our room!2010-08-06 - travel.yahoo.com

  • Our waitress was incompetent and rude - after delivering our food to us 1/2 hour after ordering, she delivered a wrong meal, became angry when asked to rectify it, and then took another 1/2 hour to bring the second meal (that did not need ANY cooking!2010-08-06 - travel.yahoo.com

  • This location has so much potential and could be fixed up pretty nice, but NEEDS A SERIOUS OVERHAUL OF MANAGEMENT in order to become a respectable family resort.2010-08-06 - travel.yahoo.com

  • ) When she finally brought the meal, we explained that we would like the meal to be comped since it took an hour to receive.2010-08-06 - travel.yahoo.com

  • Rooms had cobwebs and needed to be vacuumed, jacuzzi didn't fully function, fire alarm was hanging by wires over jacuzzi, lights blown in room & hallways, housekeeping sometimes refilled amenities like soap, other times didn't, only 1 ice maker in the entire hotel worked, staff was incredibly rude to guests like we were a bother, NO wet bar in rooms as advertised just a sink, no mini frig in room & we paid $219 a night, couldn't tell you if there was room service or not as staff didn't offer info - complete waste of money & time.2009-09-23 - travel.yahoo.com
