The hotel was first class, our room was massive and clean, a good selection of food for breakfast served quickly with a smile. 2011-07-31 - hotels.com

a lovely setting in a beautiful town, not enough staff while checking in and definately not enough staff at dinner or breakfast, we had dinner in the bistro with 45 minutes between starter and main, breakfast was awful, the restaurant was untidy and food was horrible i left all of my "cooked" breakfast, egg was nearly raw and bacon cold ewwwwww not a hope of going to any of the Crerar hotels again sorry 2008-09-09 - hotels.com
