The lady at the front desk when we checked in was put out that she had to help us and was very rude, it didn't get any better in the morning at check out, when I asked for our breakfast coupon the lady was rude and said that you only get two coupons for the three of us, not a problem for us however she repeated herself like three times, no loss to us, the breakfast was at a bar & grill in a strip mall. 2012-09-13 - hotels.com
