Pros: Good location (close to metro) and breakfast buffe was included Cons: (1) we had to ask for some of the services listed on the website (for example, hair drier was not in the room so we had to ask for it and to keep it while we were staying and the staff showed dislike) (2) broken tub, bathroom sink, shower head and faucet in the bathroom (3) no clock in the room (4) there were 2 staffs and one was really nice and the other one was very rude/unkind/mean (when I asked for tea/instant coffee that the maid didn't replace, he throwed stuff at me and yelled). 2011-06-20 - orbitz.com
